Connecting Strava

  1. Log in to Team Track XC.
  2. Go to your profile or settings.
  3. Select “Connect with Strava.”
  4. Review the Strava authorization screen.
  5. Approve access if you want Team Track XC to import your activities.

Disconnecting Strava

  1. Log in to Team Track XC.
  2. Go to your profile or settings.
  3. Select “Disconnect Strava.”
  4. You may also revoke access directly in your Strava account settings.

After Strava is disconnected, Team Track XC will stop importing new Strava activities.

Requesting Data Deletion

To request deletion of your Team Track XC account or imported Strava data, contact support@teamtrackxc.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”

Please include the email address associated with your Team Track XC account and a clear description of the data you want deleted.

Troubleshooting Strava Sync

  • If activities are not importing, confirm your Strava account is connected.
  • Confirm the activity exists in Strava.
  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting Strava.
  • If the issue continues, contact support.

Q: Is Strava required?

A: No. Athletes can manually log workouts without connecting Strava.

Q: Does Team Track XC sell my Strava data?

A: No.

Q: Does Team Track XC use Strava data for advertising or AI training?

A: No.

Q: Can I disconnect Strava?

A: Yes. You can disconnect Strava from Team Track XC settings or revoke access from Strava.
